Journalist, concentration on Global environmental issues
Charmine Koda began her career in broadcasting as co-host of a weekly international news program on NHK TV, and later co-anchor of the national daily evening news program on Fuji TV network. She specializes in global environmental issues, especially on the issue of cilmate change and adaptation, and preservation of biodoversity. She also served as Director of the United Nations Information Centre in Tokyo from April 3, 2006 toJune 2, 2008. |
